Stuck.

By now many of you will have heard on the news about the “Blizzard of 2010″ on the East Coast. The beginning of it was beautiful, snow flurries falling all over New York City as we got brunch and headed out to see Phantom of the Opera on Broadway. By the time we got out, the streets were covered and I was as happy as a small child on Christmas.

Unfortunately the snow and the wind got worse, airports were shut down, and even our flight Tuesday morning got canceled. ;___; I was ready to go home and see M on Wednesday! Continental booked us for Jan 3rd, but we managed to get a Friday flight with three connections to finally get home. I love NYC, but my family was just not prepared to stay here another three days. M had to change his flights as well, so he gets in about ten minutes before we do.

Now that we’ve got another couple of days in the city, I think I might hit up a few more museums. Even so, I miss M like no other. I want his arms around me, and his lips on mine. We won’t be able to go on our movie date for New Years Eve, either.

*sigh*
